SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

All packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

You will be given shipping options depending on your order size. All the shipping price quotes are pulled directly from USPS’s website, so you only pay what we are being charged.  In-state (California) orders will be charged sales tax, and county taxes depending on location. Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

We are currently working on providing better international shipping rates. We accept orders from almost every country! You will have several shipping options depending on your order size. 

As you probably know, supplements can sometimes be seized at customs. We do our best to prevent this, but we make no guarantees. Once the products leave our warehouse, there is nothing more we can do.

Many shipments arrive within 2 weeks, however in some rare cases, shipment can take 45 days or more. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no way to control transit times or customs decisions. Make sure you know your country’s laws on restricted products!

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN/SEIZED/LOST

We WILL NOT take responsibility for Stolen/Seized/Lost packages on all international orders.  If your package has been Stolen/lost or seized please contact your Customs or Postal carriers.
